Russ
Russ is a transformational leadership coach, an integral facilitator, a team coach, team builder and health & wellness coach who has spent the last 30+ years working with individuals and teams on personal and collaborative performance worldwide. Russ works with his clients to develop leadership awareness for the betterment of themselves, their communities, and institutions. He has strengthened and encouraged hundreds of clients in understanding their patterns, potential, strengths and weaknesses, thus providing a richer understanding of themselves and the culture and relations they are surrounded by. His clients are seeking a change in patterns, a way to tap into their deeper purpose and create transformation, find meaning, become the better leader that they know is possible. They often feel trapped, stuck, buried in lists, emails and meetings. They are seeking a new way to operate that is filled with personal and social growth, ready to leave stress behind and open doors to their and others higher potential.
He is also currently an Adjunct Professor at Bocconi University in the MaSEM Program (Master in Sustainability and Energy Management) teaching a course on Social Entrepreneurship and has been teaching courses on Executive and Health & Wellness Coaching at Georgetown University.
His clients have come from a wide variety of workplaces including small NGOs to NASA, the World Bank, International Monetary Fund, Inter-American Development Bank, McCormick Spice, Marriott, Environmental Protection Agency, Oracle, European Parliament, Center for Strategic and International Studies, University of California at Davis, and Georgetown University and the Global Good Fund to name a few.
He has a background in Education and Organizational Development, and an Executive Master’s Degree in Leadership (M.L.) from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. He is a graduate from the Executive Leadership Coach training from Georgetown University and holds an PCC level of certification from the International Coach Federation (ICF), is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC HWC) and is recognized as a Master Integral Facilitator.
Beyond coaching and facilitating, some of his other passions include mountaineering, river kayaking, rock climbing, cooking, and photography that have allowed him to stand on Denali, Kilimanjaro, and climb Half Dome and Lost Arrow Spire in Yosemite. He has spent much of the last 35 years bringing clients to treasured places around the globe focusing on the transformative power of new experiences in varied cultures. Most recently, he ran 277 km across the Alps over 8 days in the Trans Alpine Run, and was and was featured in the documentary Beyond the Doubt.
Sunny
For over 30 years, Sunny has been working with theatrical ensembles: building team’s confidence, enhancing individual’s stage presence and building community. Her work has progressed to involve all ages, while finding and embracing the nuances between skills, abilities and comfort levels. One of her passions includes the use of stage combat to captivate, focus and motivate clients to align their daily efforts towards their long-term goals.
Sunny and Russ began working together doing team building mant years ago, focusing on building collaboration, communication, creative thinking and problem solving. They incorporate mindfulness in their practice with clients, and help leaders find personal success through stress reduction, strategic thinking and humor.
